Due to a broad extent of the Iranian coastline, Sistan & Baluchestan and Bushehr provinces coasts were selected for the initial stage of the project in three phases and a period of 3.5 years involving: 

1-     Chabahar Bay
2-     Nayband Bay to Dayer area
3-     Dayer to Bushehr
